We do not require user accounts, email addresses, or personal identification to use the Platform. We collect only the minimum information necessary to facilitate your payment and display your project on the leaderboard.

2. Information We Collect

Bid Data: When you submit a bid, we collect your Project Title, Target URL, optional Tagline, bid amount, and selected category. This information is publicly displayed on the leaderboard by design.

Click Data: When a visitor clicks an outbound project link on the leaderboard, we record the click as an aggregate count associated with that bid. We do not store the IP address, browser fingerprint, or any personally identifiable information about the visitor who clicked the link.

Server Logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server access logs, which may include IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and request timestamps. These logs are managed by our hosting provider in accordance with their own privacy policy and are used solely for security monitoring and abuse prevention.

3. Payment Information

We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or banking details. All payment transactions are securely handled by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We receive only a confirmation webhook indicating whether your payment was successful or failed.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to monitor aggregate traffic volume on the Platform. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or sell your browsing data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Bid data remains on the Platform for as long as the bid is active on the leaderboard. Once a bid decays to $0.00 and is removed from the board, the associated data may be retained in our database for record-keeping and dispute resolution purposes. If you would like your data deleted, you may submit a request to us and we will process it within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party services for hosting (Vercel), database management (Supabase), and payment processing. Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies independently.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) request access to data we hold about you; (b) request correction or deletion of that data; (c) object to our processing of your data; or (d) request portability of your data.
